The Museum staff are not accredited to value or assess your collections. For all requests of this order, contact a specialised dealer or auctioneer. We will not be able to satisfy your request.
At this point in time the archives are not available for viewing. Check our latest information on our website to get the latest news. We are making every best effort to re-open access to our archives.
The Museum does not ask for a deposit to guarantee your booking. Payment can be made on the day of your visit on arrival.
For schools and certain institutions, we accept exchange coupons or vouchers.
We advise you to book 1 month in advance for a group visit. It is advisable to book 3 months in advance for group visits in May and June. You will be asked to confirm 2 weeks before your visit.
Apart from specific events, the production workshops are closed to the public. A Museum visit helps to understand how Gien faïence is produced as there is a whole floor dedicated to know-how
