We are pleased to offer a maximum order processing time of 4 business days, subject to product availability. In the event of unavailable products or unexpected issues, you will be notified by email as soon as possible. Delivery within France takes 24 to 48 hours (excluding order processing time).

Colissimo Home Delivery – without signature
Free delivery is offered in Metropolitan France for purchases over €200.

Once your parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to your mailbox within approximately 48 hours. If your mailbox is not large enough and you are not home, a delivery notice will be left, allowing you to choose a new delivery date online within 6 business days or to collect your parcel from the post office of your choice the following day after 3 pm. If you do not make a choice, you can collect your parcel from your local post office within 15 days. Track your parcel at any time on www.colissimo.fr
Colissimo Pickup Point – with signature
You can choose the establishment to which you wish to have your order delivered (without prior delivery of your invoice to your home) from among the 18,000 points of contact (post offices, retail relays, lockers, neighbor relays) available throughout metropolitan France.
Once your package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered within approximately 72 hours, and you will be notified of its availability by SMS and email. You will then have 14 days to collect it from a local pickup point or post office, and 5 days to collect it from a locker.
After this period, your parcel will be returned to us. Track your parcel at any time on www.laposte.fr/suivi
This delivery method is not applicable to orders exceeding 20kg. If this applies to your order, our Customer Service team will contact you to arrange home delivery, according to your availability.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your package is shipped, informing you of your package tracking number.
