Return articles

  • You must inform Customer Service at web@gien.com Regarding your wish to cancel your order, you have up to 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to return it to us.
  • We recommend that you insure the return shipment of your order. You will be responsible for any damage until we receive your order at our warehouse. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable shipping method to return your order to Faïencerie de Gien, Customer Service, 78 place de la Victoire, 45500 Gien, France, and that you retain proof of shipment in case of any dispute.
  • Please note that the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
  • All items must be returned unused and in their original condition (including packaging and tags). We will not accept returns of products that may have been used, altered, or damaged. We will refund the full value of your order within 30 days of receiving your returned merchandise. If all items in the order are returned within 7 business days, we will also refund the original shipping costs.

Receive a refund

  • Your refund will be credited to the buyer's credit card that was used to pay for the order and will include shipping costs for complete orders returned within 7 business days.
  • Your refund may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time. This can vary considerably between banks, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this timeframe.

Gift returns

  • If you received an item as a gift, you can exchange it by providing us with the order number. If the replacement item is less expensive, the difference will be credited to the buyer's credit card. If the replacement item is more expensive, you will be responsible for paying the difference in cost, plus any additional shipping charges, taxes, and customs duties.

  • Corporate gifts can only be returned by the original purchaser and within 14 working days of receiving the order.

  • All items undergo quality control before being shipped to customers. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately at web@gien.com or +33 (2) 38 05 21 50.
  • To ensure a faster refund, unwanted items must be returned in the same package.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure complete protection during return shipping.
