RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can process your claim.
Returning items
- You must notify customer care at [email protected] of your wish to cancel your order. You have 15 working days from the date you received your order to return it to us.
- We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for any damages incurred until we receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us at Gien, 78 place de la Victoire, 45500 Gien, France and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.
- Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.
- All items must be returned unused, in their original condition (packaging and labelling included) and from the country that the order was delivered to. We will not accept return products which might have been used, modified, washed or damaged.
- We will refund the full value of your order within 30 days receipt of goods returned. Should the items be returned within 7 working days, we will also refund the shipping costs that we originally billed you.
Receiving a refund
- Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card and will include shipping costs for faulty items or for orders returned within 7 working days.
- Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately it is beyond our control.
Gift returns
- If you received an item as a gift, you may exchange it by sending us the order number. If the item is cheaper, the difference will be credited to the credit card of the buyer. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties.

- Note, corporate gifts may only be returned by the original purchaser and within 14 working days of initial receipt.
Important information
- All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately at [email protected] or +33 2 38 05 21 50.
- To ensure your refund is processed as quickly as possible, please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
