any doubt the most prestigious French manufacturer of
earthenware. Its fame comes from flawless know-how, and
from striving to blend craftsmanship and industrial processes,
bringing tradition and creativity together.
With this very philosophy, Mr. Louis Grandchamp and
Mr. Bertrand Dambrine acquired this world-renowned factory
in January of 2002.
Under a new sales platform, they opened a new shop
in Brussels in June of 2002, and remodelled the Paris
shop.
Gien's sales network enables exporting its products
to over thirty countries, and thanks to it Gien reached
a 45% export rate in 2002.
